NITHYA
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
S.Hilda Sahayamary Nithya founder and Director of PGM Teck Innovation Pvt Ltd, is the driving force of our mission. With over 13 years of experience in the Engineering field she traveled many countries to put her business to the higher side with the latest technology and innovation always she outstrips in the job commitment and she excelled in leadership roles in strategic planning , budgeting,encompassing daily operations, staff management and building a team .
After completing her degree her passion drove her into the pet industry .She is very particularly passionate about harnessing the potential of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) to revolutionize the pet industry. At PGM Teck Innovation Pvt Ltd, S.Hilda Sahayamary Nithya prioritizes teamwork, fosters innovative ideas, and champions operational excellence to elevate pet care standards globally.

Dr. Ganeshkumar S
ADVISOR
Dr. Ganeshkumar S, Advisor at PGM Teck Innovation Pvt Ltd brings a wealth of expertise in veterinary sciences with a focus on animal care and surgery. With a Master of Veterinary Sciences from Madras Veterinary College with specialization in Livestock Production and Management, he possesses comprehensive skills in veterinary surgery, veterinary dermatology, animal handling and medication administration. Dr. Ganeshkumar is dedicated to improving animal health and welfare, build opportunities to work, evidenced by 15 years of experience in veterinary practice. His proficiency includes pet animal ultrasound, diagnostic procedures, and medical record-keeping, complemented by strong interpersonal and communication skills. Based in Trichy, travelled across the nation for various training courses and hosted training programmes, he continues to contribute significantly to the field of animal husbandry, ensuring the well-being of animals through his commitment and compassionate approach.
REVATHI
CO-FOUNDER
As co-Founder of PGM Tech Innovation, M Revathi brings over two decades of dynamic leadership in technology, entrepreneurship, teaching, and research. With a robust academic background including an M.B.A. in E-business from Annamalai University, M.E. in Communication System from Anna University, and B.E. in ECE from Bharathidasan University, she has demonstrated a proven track record. Her achievements span founding Magnitudo Technologies, a startup specializing in innovative SMART IoT devices with AI technologies. Notable developments include the Smart Trolley, Smart Hydroponics System, and Smart Dustbins addressing retail, agriculture, and waste management challenges. M Revathi integrates emotional intelligence, NLP, and web development for enhanced functionalities, overseeing operations as Managing Director.
Kirtik Soni
R&D HEAD
Kirtik Soni, currently serving as the R&D Head at PGM Teck Innovation, is an enthusiastic engineering student with a strong focus on cutting-edge technologies. His expertise spans Fixed Wing and Multirotor Drone Design, Embedded Systems, and IoT. Kirtik has a proven track record in leading innovative projects and demonstrating exceptional technical proficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Chennai, where he maintains an impressive CGPA of 8.3. Kirtik has garnered recognition for his contributions, including leading a multidisciplinary team in the SAE Aerothon 2023 and achieving high scores in Technical Presentations. His notable achievements also include pioneering the use of fiber composite materials in wing fabrication during the SAE Aero Design Challenge 2022. With extensive experience in industry and academic internships, Kirtik continues to push boundaries in research and development, focusing on advancing technology and innovation at PGM Teck Innovation.
